Photo: Nadav Neuhaus.29/9/00 Jerusalem, Israel...As a result of Ariel Sharons (head of the opposition in the Israeli parliament) visit in Temple Mount (El-Actza Mosque) on Wednesday, 28/9/00, commotion errupted during the Friday prayers. Stones and bottles where thrown towards the Wall..Police forces entered the Temple Mount zone, an area which is not usually embarked by security forces. The police responded with gun fire and tear gas, causing the death of four Palestinians and wounding hundreds .Arrests were made and there where also fourty four wounded among the Israeli security forces.
